Our factory has adopted mechanical arm imported from Japan, which can realize automatic welding of products. We only need to adjust the products data and products position well, and then the products can be finished efficiently with high quality. Hand-held laser welding equipment: whether the laser welding plate welding or pipe splicing, they both can carry out with neat welding spot, which would reduce grinding and make the welding part more secure and aesthetic. Handheld features are more flexible, not affected by any tough welding position, allowing a wider range of use.
There are more than 20 carbon dioxide welding stations and more than 10 argon welding stations in the ironworking workshop in our factory. We will use different processes for different materials. Carbon dioxide welding is one of the basic welding, suitable for filling reinforcement.
There are more than 30 sets of welding equipment in the ironworking workshop in our factory. Different copper rod moulds will be selected for different products. Touch welding is one of the basic welding, suitable for all kinds of wire basket, net plate production. It is fast, stable and asthmatic.
